What is EDWOSB Certification?
The Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) is a subset of WOSB certification for women facing financial hardship. To qualify:

Net Worth under $850,000 (excluding home & certain retirement assets)

Average Income under $400,000 over the past 3 years
-
Total Assets under $6.5 million
How to Get Certified
Certification is available through two pathways:
1. SBA Direct Certification

Apply via the SBA’s WOSB Certification Program website

Submit business formation documents, financials, and ownership info
2. Third-Party Certification

Get certified through an SBA-approved third-party certifier
-
Submit supporting documentation and complete eligibility review
