Who Qualifies for the SBA 8(a) Program?
To be eligible, your business must:

Be 51% owned and controlled by U.S. citizens who are socially and economically disadvantaged

Be a small business according to SBA size standards (NAICS-based)

Have a personal net worth under $850,000 and total assets under $6.5M

Be in operation for at least two years (exceptions may apply)
