BNG Consulting is a 100 percent Hispanic, woman-owned consulting company located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Our mission is to help companies through various stages of their business such as Launch & Planning, Ongoing Operations and Continuous Growth.
We specialize in helping small businesses navigate the complicated waters of government procurement on the local, state and federal level. Given the successful government contracts of many of our clients and long-standing trajectory,
BNG was awarded with the Top 100 MBE in the DC Metro area for 2017.

Our mission is to support small business owners at any stage of their development in a way that strengthens economically disadvantaged communities. Our Team
BNG Consulting is led by founder Cely Argueta, who has two decades of experience in project and program management, business development, proposal writing, and Hispanic community outreach for several major federal government contractors.
Dedicated to community service, Cely launched BNG Professional Consulting Services in 2013 to leverage her expertise in the government contracting space for the benefit of small business owners in the DC Metro area.
The BNG Consulting team is also comprised of professionals with expertise in: business operations, government processes and contracting, accounting and finance, law, insurance, real estate, project management, human resources, and design.
